A seasonal outdoor yoga series at City Park, held alongside the vibrant local farmer’s market. This is your weekly invitation to slow down, soak in the energy of the season, and reconnect—with yourself, your breath, and the Colorado community around you.
Each class is rooted in mindful movement, accessible to all levels, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re flowing before you browse or simply carving out time to ground your weekend energy, we'd love to have you!
