Most of my classes are one hour long, but I also offer a few 75-minute and 90-minute classes for those who want a longer practice.
We all start somewhere! I wholeheartedly welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I offer modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all.

It depends on your goals and energy level. I often recommend starting with yin yoga classes or an unheated flow, but personally I began in a 90-minute hot Bikram class... So it doesn't matter where you start, just start! And don’t be afraid to explore styles and studios until something feels right.
