The Winter Solstice Ceremony meets you on the longest night of the year, the deepest point of darkness before the light slowly begins its return. It's your invitation to stop reaching and settle into that same stillness.
Over three hours, we'll calm the nervous system and honor what the season is already asking of you: turn inward, conserve your energy, trust what's quietly taking root beneath the surface. Like seeds resting under frozen ground, you'll leave feeling restored, replenished, and ready to meet the returning light.
You'll be guided through 90 minutes of long-held yin postures, an immersive sound bath, and guided reflection, creating space not just in the body, but in the spirit. We'll close with warm seasonal tea and time to connect with the community gathered around you.
