A moment to ground into Mother Earth, connect with other outdoorsy women, and sync up with yourself this season.

Do summer differently

Summer arrives with so much energy and possibility, but somewhere between the longer days, packed schedules, social plans, travel, and constant movement, it's easy to lose ourselves in the momentum of it all.

We move faster.
We do more.
We say yes to literally everything.

And before you know it, the season meant to feel energizing starts to feel overstimulating instead.

This retreat is your invitation to do summer differently.

To slow down for a day.
Reconnect with yourself, others, and the Earth.
And settle your nervous system before burnout sneaks in.

It's your permission slip to pause.

Enjoy a nourishing day of yoga, nature, seasonal food, reflection, sound healing, hiking, creativity, and community as we celebrate the Summer Solstice together.

About the Location

Quartz Valley Ranch

This retreat will take place on a stunning 400-acre mountain property surrounded by forests, open meadows, creaks, rock formations, and endless natural beauty.

The property itself holds so much character and history. At the heart of the ranch is a beautiful home originally built in the 1800s, filled with warmth, charm, and the kind of presence you can feel the moment you walk through the door. There is something incredibly grounding about being in a place that has held generations of stories, gatherings, and connection over time.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Quartz Valley Ranch exists on the ancestral lands of the Cheyenne, Arapaho, and Ute tribes, who cared for and moved through these lands long before us. As someone with Arapaho heritage, creating space for intentional connection with the Earth on native land feels deeply personal and meaningful to me.

Queen's Rock

During our breakout sessions, we will spend time exploring a natural rock formation tucked into the mountains that feels both peaceful and powerful. The short hike to the area invites us to get our blood pumping, connect with the land, and take in the beauty and wisdom of the natural world around us.

WHy here?

I was intentionally invited by the owner of this land to carry on the Summer Solstice tradition that took place here generations prior, and feel so honored to share this experience with you.

It's truly a space for the outdoorsy woman who's willing to get a little dirty, wander without limits, and feels a deep connection to Mother Nature.

This retreat is not just about stepping away from everyday life, it's about remembering our relationship with the Earth, honoring the land beneath us, and allowing nature itself to become part of the practice.

Throughout the Day, you’ll experience:

  • Solar slow flow vinyasa
  • 90 minute yin yoga
  • Sunset sound healing
  • Meditation + reflection
  • Creative crafting
  • Snacks & tea
  • Seasonal, nourishing dinner
  • Leisure time to rest, journal, or simply be
  • Meaningful community connections

Expect a balance of guided experiences and spaciousness throughout the day so you never feel rushed or overstimulated.

i'm in!

Meet your retreat lead

Hi, I'm TaloN!

I've been teaching yoga for over 10 years, weaving together ancient yogic wisdom, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the rhythms of seasonal living to support women in creating lives that feel aligned, soulful, and sustainable.

But my why goes back much further than that.

I was raised by a single mother, and growing up I witnessed firsthand what women are capable of when they show up fully for each other and for themselves. That experience shaped everything I do.

Everything I offer is grounded in four core values: curiosity, loving kindness, compassion, and joy. My spaces are built on the belief that real transformation happens when we feel deeply supported.

This Women's Summer Solstice Day Retreat is the fullest expression of all of that. A day I created intentionally for women to slow down, reconnect, and remember what they're capable of when they finally have the space to just be.
